Quality Management
Three-Tier Quality Control Framework
In accordance with API Spec Q1 and ISO 9001:2015, Ishar Oilfield Services maintains a strict three-tier inspection and documentation system for every workshop and field project:
1. Incoming Raw Material Inspection
Material identification, heat number verification, EN 10204 3.1/3.2 mill certificate cross-checking, Positive Material Identification (PMI), and ultrasonic flaw screening before machining or cutting.
2. In-Process Quality Monitoring
Dimensional gauging, thread profile verification using calibrated API gauges, weld preheat and interpass temperature logging, welding parameters verification, and cladding feed rate monitoring.
3. Final Inspection & Certification
Visual testing (VT), magnetic particle testing (MPI), liquid penetrant (LPI), ultrasonic testing (UT), chart-recorded hydrostatic pressure testing, and final QA/QC documentation review.
